Attendees at the 2018 International Partner Summit in
Dallas, Texas with Code.org CEO Hadi Partovi
The event will be most useful to organizations based outside of the U.S. that are working to expand computer science education, such as staff from ministries of education, nonprofit organizations, and social impact teams of for-profit corporations.
Attendees will explore K-12 computer science pathways, develop implementation plans for their region, learn about curriculum offerings, and work together toward advancing policies that support CS education. There will also be opportunities to learn more about Code.org’s work in the U.S. through our curriculum, teacher training materials and methodologies, and the frameworks used by our advocacy team.
We first brought our international partners together for the Code.org International Summit in Dallas, Texas, in 2018. The International Focus of CSEdCon is an expanded and improved version of that gathering. There will be more sessions to choose from and more partners to connect with and learn from.
